Questions about Film Funding

I am currently studying Level 3 Creative Media Production at college, i am currently researching Film Funding within the UK, and i was wondering if i could have any information that you may know.
What do you know about film funding?
What is the best way to fund films?
if you were to obtain film funding how would you do it?

I know quite a bit about film funding. I have no experience finding
funding within the UK.

There isn't a best way. There are many different ways to fund films.
A very broad question which would have different answers. I have
obtained funding from a single, private investor (who wanted a role
for his wife), I have obtained funding from production companies, I
have obtained funding from investment groups. Each project needs a
different method.

There are over 100 books on this subject. It's a great subject to research.
I'm happy to know that this is being taught in college.
