I was asked by some gentlemen to write a small piece for a no budget horror movie they were working on. Think $0, a couple of guys with a camera and that is pretty much it. Either way, I said I would happily provide them with a little track since I am not really used to writing for film and I thought it would be a fun side project to do some sound design and non-"standard" music production. Well, the movie is - not surprisingly - scrapped now and thus I decided to not work any more on the track.
It would be interesting to hear if anyone on this forum would have some input for this demo track in case I get a similar gig in the future. The literal description of what they wanted was "just some cliché horror stuff for the outro/credit roll", so that is what I did. It is very simple, so do not expect a musical masterpiece, but it was supposed to go with a very lo-fi production anyway.
