Question about syncing in post.

I am using Premiere Pro, and I've noticed that my audio and video are synced up in the program. But after I export it, the sync is thrown off the audio begins before the video, by a third of a second or more, it looks like. I haven't had this problem before. I'm not sure how to fix it, cause in the program they both play back together, so it must be something in the export. Can anyone tell me what it could be?

you know, your render might be just fine, but your computer could be unable to play back the file properly. I've had similar issue when exporting to the highest possible quality even on my 12 core monster.

Try exporting at MUCH lower resolution and quality. See if a smaller video plays back in sync?
