A glitch on Adobe Premiere on my MacBook

Hello,

Yesterday I was doing some editing on a project for a "client".

At some point, the preview showed frames from clips I used into other clips. Like I'm playing clip A and a frame from clip B appears onscreen (even though there is nothing of the sort on the timeline).

Also, the letteboxing was moving up and down sometimes.

Is anyone familiar with this ?

1) What do you mean by
smiley_bunnyquote.gif
client
smiley_bunnyquote.gif
?

2) Try clearing your cache of rendered files, and rebuilding anything that has needed an effect, or transition, or dissolve, etc

I'm doing it for him, but I'm not paid and we're more friends than in business.

Tried clearing the cache but nothing. I think it has something to do with the png letterboxing.

Haven't run into this, sorry.

Considering that this is a board comprised of all positions of the filmmaking community and the editors that are here are split between different software and platforms, software troubleshooting questions often go unanswered.

The Adobe forums or their online support, or even one of the forums dedicated to post, are probably much better places to get a quick and correct answer.
