Local Film - iHabité (Faux Immortal Films) - Casting Call
COLD READING - WEEKEND OF JUNE 20-21st
SIDES WILL BE PROVIDED
iHabité is a local microbudget film, funded entirely by donations from local patrons and small businesses. The aim is to enter the film festival circuit and gain both individual and collective
recognition for a very carefully crafted product.
We are looking for talented and dedicated actors to broaden an ever expanding circle of artists in the production of this ambitious project.
Brief Synopsis:
iHabité is the story of Stewart, a conflicted twenty-something that struggles to find a balance between his online and offline lives. Our protagonist settles for a Spartan offline lifestyle in order to live vicariously through nocturnal hedonism in NebuLife, a highly complex and self-sustainable virtual world.
As the boundaries distinguishing his two realities merge, Stewart's emotions peak at random levels like a graphic equalizer. This strips the young man of the sentimental threads necessary to cope with the potential collapse of one of these lives.
Next step: mood stabilizers and benzodiazepines.
We are looking for the following parts:
