What about post-syncro?

Hi, I'm a newby in the 16mm industry and I've had a hard time gathering up the material. All I have right now is an old K-3 Russian camera with a broken light-meter but that is not the issue...

I want to do post-syncro. How can I put sound on my film afterwards? I know about recording on set and I was thinking of editing the soudtrack on a Mac but how do I get it on the movie reel? I live in a remote little town and I'm trying to hoard as many equipments as possible to avoid long trips to far away studios.

I was thinking of buying a 16mm sound projector with sound recording capacity but will I get good enough quality? And where can I get one of these? I mean beside E-Bay... And I have a pretty small budget by the way.

Well thank you for your answers, your greater knowledge and your time ;)
