Quick Lighting Question

Hey I'm going to be shooting a music video at night time by a train track, using a 60D. I was wondering what lighting would u recommend I use? I'm on a budget so anything below $100 would be great...

Do you have access to power? or a car with a battery inverter... and plenty of extension cords :) Lights don't matter without power. Bulb wattage divided by Voltage = Amps... so generally, you'll be on 110v, so you can generally divide by 10 so a 60w bulb will take 6amps... don't go over the amp rating for your power source and you'll be ok.
