Rode Videomic Pro shockmount

Does anyone know where I could find parts to my Rode Videomic Pro shock mount? I haven't used it in a year or so, and I come to find out that I can't attach the bottom part of the mount to the mic. I will insert an image of the part I'm missing because I'm horrendous and explaining these things.

Also, I noticed now that the Videomic Pros are being sold on a Rycote Lyre shock mount now. I was wondering if it's possible to buy just the Rycote mount and replace it with the original one. Thanks a lot, and sorry if I wasn't very clear.

Give them a call or email them. They will most probably have what you need. Or call/email the vendor you got the unit from.

This is why I always work with just a few vendors on a regular basis; they will have records of my purchases and, 98% of the time, the parts that I need. It's worth the few extras ducats when the feces hits the fan.
