Screenshots for "Wyatt"

Second day of filming wrapped on Wednesday night! We're wrapped on interiors now, and we're scheduled to shoot out our exterior shots on Saturday the 20th.

As soon as I get a few screen-caps from the editor, I'll make sure to post them up for everyone, show you what we've got.

It would be interesting to see some behind-the-scenes shots.

I wish I could oblige you on that, but behind-the-scenes photos are admittedly in quite a short supply. The crew consists currently of just me directing, and my buddy as DP. As is the both of us have been scrambling around so much that behind the scenes footage has fallen completely by the wayside. A sin, to be sure, but we've got to make our days.

Day three is going to be the exterior shots, and we may well have a couple extra hands on set, so I'll see if I can't hand a camera to one of them and say "make it happen". Just to give you an idea, though, it's a pretty bare-bones setup (relatively speaking). 3 softboxes, a Rode shotgun mic, an FS-100, and an old farmhouse filled with production value. I've seen a couple shots after a bit of post-processing, and they're quite pretty. Not to mention our actor is an absolute gem. All-in-all everything's going as well as we could have possibly hoped for.

I hope you're liking what you're seeing as of this point.

Third day went brilliantly! Several delays in availability for actors, equipment, and animals put us behind a few weeks. Technical limitations are also pushing us to do one more day indoors with a greenscreen. Here's a few screen-caps:

Also, at Directorik's request, we made sure to grab some BTS photos. As soon as I get access to the shots, I'll upload them, and you can all see the minimalist, indie work environment we've facilitated!
