Is this jittery video from the camera or the dolly?

It might be a bad operator. Or it's the quality of the video. Or the surface which the dolly is on. But regardless of what it is, I recommend you not purchase it if there's any sort of flaw that you're not sure about.

Looks like the video itself is jerky... bad encoding.
