The 8th Annual Winter Film Awards International Film Festival runs February 14-23 2019, and includes awesome film screenings, cool discussion panels, career-building professional development workshops and super-fun parties at venues throughout NYC. The event concludes on February 23rd with a glittering awards ceremony and hot red carpet gala at NYC’s premier nightclub.

Shorts and features, drama, romance, comedy, horror, animation, thriller, documentary, music videos and web series. Winter Film Awards is dedicated to showcasing the amazing diversity of voices in indie film and our 2019 lineup is 50% directed by women and 53% by or about people of color.
Tickets are available at https://wfa2019.eventcombo.com/ Tickets are $12.50/In Advance, $16.50/Door, $5/Door with Student ID. Screening blocks run 2 ½ to 3 hours and include a mix of shorts and feature-length films. All screening blocks include a 20 minute Q&A Session with the filmmakers.
Opening Night Kick Off Bash Feb 14 from 7-11pm – Filmmaker’s reception, industry networking and kick-off party at The VNYL, 100 3rd Ave, New York, NY 10003. Step & Repeat on site.
Gala Red Carpet + Award Ceremony Feb 23 at The Empire Room at Club230Fifth, 230 Fifth Avenue. Red Carpet 7pm, Awards Ceremony 8-9pm., After-Party 9pm onwards. With live performances and appearances from NYC local filmmakers and industry veterans.
