need some help w/ effect

hey all, im kinda new here (although not to film making) and i was just wondering if any of you had any suggestions to make a desired effect:

*okay here it is: i need to make a "barbed wire ladder", almost like the kind of thing you would see at a fair, like with those games with the flimsy rope ladders that you need to climb to the button and hit it to win? okay so it needs to be flimsy, but im wondering how to make the fake barbed wire, since that is what it has to look like it is made out of.

any suggestions?

also, if anyone wants to review/give criticism on my website, please i need it!

It needs to be flimsy? You can buy rubber barbed wire bracelets. Find a manufacturer and buy the length you need.
