Hollywood's Bias Politics

She focused on the lack of (white) superheroines, as opposed to the lack of nonwhite superheros, or, for that matter, the lack of nonwhite superheroines.

I remember reading WPIX and the producers of Smallville pulled the plug on Kara A.K.A. Supergirl when she became more popular than Superboy A.K.A. Clark. But, instead of giving her a spin-off show, they gave Green Arrow the spin-off show instead.

Even if they did have female superheroes, the majority of it would still suck, because usually Hollywood is just not very good at creating action heroines anyway. When I see action heroines fight in movies, it looks more catty-ish, compared to when male heroes, fight, and Hollywood just seems afraid to have a true female James Bond, or Batman, etc.

They put lower production values in them purposely.

When an occasional one comes out with high production values, they become big hits.
