'Behind the Nine' will be available on NetFlix
Hey everyone,
Long time, now some good news.
Well, we're taking steps after what seemed like an
eternity.
'Behind the Nine' will be available for rental via
Netflix next week, On or about Nov. 8th. Which is an
excellent mail order video rental outlet. The best in
the country. This means that many, many people will be
able to see the film.
Please pass the word along to everyone you know about
the Netflix release. If we do well with Netflix then
we may be able to secure a major deal with outlets
like Blockbuster, etc. as well as perhaps attract some
foreign sales.

We want to ask everyone to please put 'Behind the
Nine' in your queue and rent it. Of course, we would
love for you to watch it, but even if you turn it
around in 1 day to get another film quickly, the
numbers would be greatly appreciated. We hope high
rental numbers will help our distributor leveragea
national distribution deal with outlets such as
Blockbuster and Hollywood Video for an even wider
release.
Like many if not most independent films, this film was
made with virtually zero budget, and a lot of generous
help from the local filmmaking community (in our case,
Atlanta). If we show that we can move rentals and
sales for this film then other indie filmmakers will
get a chance down the road.
Please pass this message along to your friends and ask
that they put it in their queue as well. Grassroots
campaigns for indie films only work when the word is
spread. We will be sending this information to
everyone we know with email. Please do the same. If we

road. The beauty of Netflix is that it only costs you
time since it is a subscription service.The fact that
‘Behind the Nine’ comes along with your copy of
‘Batman Begins’ sends a message to the retailers that
you want to see independent films.
