A Short Movie:
Set in the south a former POW, Noah Mayes is diagnosed with a brain tumor and is trying to get life saving treatment through the Veterans Administration. Seduced by sex and money, case manager Tom Hellman (Played by former Washington State Senator Dave Schmidt) Places the young veteran on a secret "Waiting 2 Die" list. Noah survived as a prisoner of war, but will his own country now be responsible for his death?
