Looking for Indie films.

I support Indie and Micro budget films wholeheartedly. It helps me get ideas and suggestions when I do my film. With that said I am looking to build my collection, I 've gotten a few films and looking for more. Action,Horror,Science Fiction, Fantasy, Thriller, are my genres featuring females heroines either in lead or secondary roles. I also have connections to several good blogs, message boards, so I will gladly give your film a SHOUT out. Help boost it some you never know who goes to those boards and blogs. A friend of mine got a distribution deal from Maverick by someone who viewed the site and had a distribution contact. I can either purchase or help promote either option. It is more a personal thing I like seeing others films helps give me some ideas when I start my film project shortly. But I can also help promote as well as I know some very viable sites that get countless hits daily not just those sites that are sleeping or dead This would help get the filmmakers film the recognition and publicity it needs.

Kind of suprised out of 232 views only 6 replies. Isn't this what Indie/Microbudget filmmaking is about supporting each other and encouraging but maybe I'm wrong. I have to say some Indie stuff I've seen is very impressive.
I've been trying to get a friend of mine who did a decent action film on Microbudget (It was a school project) to try and get it out there but he's being modest saying it's not good enough and stuff. Others have suggested it to him as well. A few friends were talking about there are Comic-Cons and other conventions and such. Why not an INIDE-MICRO CON, dedicated totally to Indie/Micro filmmaking. It could also serve as a market for filmmakers to market their products to the public and maybe some Industry people. For a low cost, like between $25-100 a vendor could get a table booths would be a little more between 200-300 and such. This will encourage more because the costs won't be so high. Maybe get sponsors, and hold it either in a hotel or such, invite a few guest speakers and hold some workshops it will be something really benefical for all involved. As to where this would be held I'm thinking have a start in NY and go from there. Of course this all wishful thinking right now but possible some strong consideration if there is enough interest.

Recently i've been working on a huge fan fiction project about Harry Potter. Basically, a prequel in a way, about Albus Dumbledore and Gellert Grindelwald.

I don't expect you to understand the story, if you're not a Potter-fan. So if you're not, enjoy the film as a visual experience.

Unfortunately we've had a lot of technical issues that we didn't manage to fix. F.ex. Sound, cutting, and image quality. So, ignore these mistakes, and enjoy the film.

We shot the film in three months and had a theater opening with an audience of 200 people. So now we're curious about what THE internet thinks!

-We didn't manage to put this on YouTube, so please visit our channel and subscribe to support us :) www.youtube.com/JARANDandJENS

Here's the film: http://vimeo.com/32008400

Enjoy, and let me hear what you think!
