Short Horror Film

Hey Guys,

I have been working on a short horror film for years. I spent most of my time planning, and trying to organize what I need to make it but I started some filming and created a teaser trailer. I would appreciate it if you check out my Facebook Pages and My YouTube!

Needs tighter editing, 90% less text, more action, quicker pacing, shorter runtime, and something to grab the attention of the audience. A trailer is basically an advertisement, and this advertisement did not get me interested in your product. Anyway, not bad, and I wish you the best of luck with your film.

Thank for you feedback. I understand what you mean, and I will take on board your comments for future trailer making. This was after all my first trailer ever made, and despite the flaws which I saw myself after uploading it, I was rather proud and it has had mostly positive feedback not just from friends and family.

Like I said, thank you for acknowledging my trailer and thanks for your feedback and politeness.

Yeah, family and friends compliments are about useless.
Compliments from people with no vested interest in being congenial with you are a fair bit more difficult to acquire.

Trailer's boring.
Too long. Waaaay too long.
Subject isn't engaging.
Too much camera man hound beast POV running about the forest.
Text inserts are too long and boring.

Give us a character to be interested in.
Show us a victim about to be attacked.
Show us someone doing something to defend themselves.

Stop showing us camera man running about the forest.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. We got that the first time PDQ.
We're fairly bright.
