Adobe Premiere Export Question

I have some rifftrack audio (If you don't know who they are they are the guys that did Mystery Science Theater 3000 and now they riff more popular movies) that I'm trying to sync together.

My question is when I get it all synced up and export the film it's widescreen but it looks like its widescreen in a 4:3 ratio on my TV. So I have a black box all around the film. Does anyone know what setting I have incorrect? Or what else might be the problem. Thanks.

Make sure you (in CS5-6) click on the MATCH SEQUENCE PROPERTIES box.

Or make sure you select a 16x9 widescreen export setting, as long as your sequence settings are also 16x9 widescreen.

It would help if you wrote down the exact sequence settings are as well as the settings from Windows Media Encoder.
