No Slugline?

Hi,

I want to write a "scene" that takes place in the sky as we see the POV from an airplane that drops down through the clouds over a city.

So should I say...

EXT. CITY - DAY

CLOUDS
As we push through the billowing clouds and drop down over the city. We are soon flying above the...

ROOFTOPS
Of suburbia

OR

Can I just ignore the Slugline and go to a SHOT format...

CLOUDS
As we push through billowing clouds and drop down over the city. We are soon flying above the...

ROOFTOPS
Of suburbia

EXT. CITY (FROM ABOVE) - DAY
As the people mill about etc...

Or is it something else?

Many thanks

Code:
EXT. CLOUD FILLED SKY - DAY

I would say though, if this what essentially is a camera direction, isn't essential for your story, leave it out and just start with the city from above (if that's necessary even)...

If it's not essential to the story and working to move the story forward, leave it off the page.
