Of those three the Panasonic AG-HPX170
The 170.
The 170 and 200a are virtually the same thing but with the 170, ur shooting only on P2 cards and with the 200a u can shoot on tape as well.
But if ur on a budget and can not afford the 170, the 150 comes in close in terms of image quality.

Have you already factored in the cost of P2 cards, any 35mm adapters ppl usually go for and the rest of regular items like tripod etc?
I guess it really depends on how and what you want to shoot. What are your goals and projects?
You'll want at least two cards per camera, because when one is full you can switch and have a data tech dump the first.
And yeah, the reason everyone is asking "two cameras, are you sure?" is because most shoot with one camera at a time on a film set. Multi-cam is great when you can pull it off, but you need more crew, lights, setup time etc.
Not a huge fan of P2 cameras, but whenever you do multiple cameras on the same production it's ideal if they're all the same. I'd stick with two of a kind.

You never mentioned what you wanted to do with the camera. Im just reiterating because depending on what you want to shoot, there could be better alternatives in your budget.
Either will be fine - maybe even "the best". Either are terrific cameras that
when used by talented people with some skills will turn out terrific footage.
