How do create a "reverse negative' in Premiere Pro?

I tried googling it but every link I found thinks I mean reversing the playback of the footage, or rotating it upside down. How do I create a 'reverse negative', as it's called in the film world. Not sure what you call it in digital. Thanks.

When you create a new timeline you can choose how many mono and stereo tracks you want.
Your projectsettings must be different than before, so the default timelinesettings are different.

Btw, try to delete the monotracks (like I said before).
Not only does it make the overview and workflow on your timeline easier, you also learn to use that menu to add or delete audiotracks. (Doing = learning)
