I am looking for a sound record based in Los Angeles that is able to work on projects with me. I want to be clear that this is not a paid gig and I am not looking to hire, this would be a creation of a team. In the same way that a band does not hire out musicians when they are forming a group.
I am not a professional as yet, but I believe in what I am doing and have a passion for film and getting to a place where this is the day job. I am looking to creating a long term team at some point, but it is step by step right now. Serious responses only please. All levels are fine but you must have a passion for film.

Below is a link to the last thing I shot. As you can hear the sound is pretty bad because I couldn't monitor it while doing everything else. This is also a preparatory sketch, there's a reason the film itself is rough around the edges. But think Mike Nichols, and that is the direction that I am going. There's more to it but we can discuss this on a one to one.
