La7200 anamorphic adapter.

So I'm searching about the La7200 Anamorphic adapter from Panasonic. But can't find any detailed information for someone who never worked with this kind of gear before.
Two things:

1) What kind of adapter is needed to use it with a "normal" lens? It's already an adapter, but demands a ring to connect into another lens?

2) Watching videos recorded with this La7200 I noticed that some footages show terrible image issues, such as bad motion (like when you render with a wrong framerate), and a very strange and ugly bokeh, similar to a cloudy glass. But other videos looks beautiful and exactly the way I want. I'm a bit confused about how to set THIS beautiful anamorphic, and not the ugly one.

Anyone had experience with this adapter and could tell me tips on how to use it on a GH2 with other lens? Thank you!

Edit: forgot to say, my main lenses are Minolta 50mm 1.4 and Noktor 12mm 1.6.

I'm cracking my head on this, but look if it is correct, please:

To use the anamorphic LA7200 (which is a 72mm rear filter) on a, for my example, Noktor 12mm lens (which is a 58mm frontal diameter), I need a step-up adapter ring of 58mm to 72mm? http://www.adorama.com/BWSR7258.html

And for the Minolta, which is a 55mm diameter, a step-up ring of 55mm to 72mm? http://www.adorama.com/FLU5572.html

Anyone who already used it can tell me if it's right?
