At the start I thought it was Tiger Woods 
His 1st line sounds a bit strange, what mic did you use?
It's a bit distracting how the music suddenly dips when there's dialog & then springs back up.
I prefer a more subtle transition.
:36 seems like important dialog & gets buried. Whenever you have important dialog going on, maybe you should try the instrumental part of the song so the lyrics don't compete. Maybe the song should be at a lower volume in the 1st half, & then it can get to its current level later, when there's less dialog.
1:10 The gunshot sounds low next to the music, it seems to diminish its dramatic importance.
Maybe you should just use the click & leave out the gunshot so you don't give away what happens?
