Screenplay tutorials on web

There are tons of tutorials on the website about screenwriting in the form of text, podcasts and videos. I've watched some. FEW of them propose a FORMULA like approach to screenwriting. I personally don't like them, they tend to restrict us - what do you say?

Writing for the screen is a formula.

Unlike a novel a screenplay must be interpreted by many people on
its way to a movie. And the writer is restricted in many ways. The
key to creativity when writing a screenplay it to be unique and
interesting within the restrictions.

But if you personally do like the screenplay formula then you do not
need to follow it. Do your own thing!
