Get Screenwriter?

Hello, I've been writing for a short film recently and I had a question for the screenwriting aspect of it. I'm a good writer and I am the writer of this film as well as the director, but should I get a screenwriter on the project or should I do it myself?

Since , you are going to be directing that movie, THERE CAN BE no problem in you writing.

Some where on the same forum , i saw guys discussing on following style of script.

guy opens the fridge
guy gets milk pack out of the fridge.

other guy version:

guy opens the fridge and get milk pack from the fridge

well something like that.

Since, you are directing , you no need to put enough words to convince someone and tell what the action is going to be like.

It's just you and actors,
Specifying the scene as saying,

'guy will get the milk pack out of the fridge'

done.
