You know how when you film a television screen digitally and there are lines running across it? Well basically I'm wondering if that effect will happen with a Krasnogrask 3, 16mm camera. I'm guessing no. But I figured I would double-check with you fine people. Thanks!

What kind of screen is it? I think CRTs will need syncing to the camera with specialist hardware, but LCD screens are usually okay if you're using the right shutter speed. Not sure about plasma screens. David Mullen ASC has written some excellent answers to similar questions elsewhere on the net, if you have a Google.
