Actor/Crew Contract - Showreel Questions

I`m currently drawing up the actor/crew contracts for a short film project of mine and I`m interested in entering the project in some film festivals down the line.

Contractually, how do I limit how the actors and crew can use the finished project for their showreels, as to not make the short ineligible for a festival run. Do I limit them to be able to use 15 sec excerpts only, or how would that work?

I have never seen any criteria when entering festivals that
say actors cannot have access to scenes for their reel. I've
never seen a reel that includes the entire movie - only clips.

Seems to me you do not need to limit what your actors use
at all.

As everyone has said not much to worry about, but to ensure all future safety. Include a contract clause that states actors can only use personal clips of themselves. So just incase somebody posts the film on there favorite video site you can legally have the site or the person take it take. Also rememeber this should entail crew members as well.
