How much $$ can you get renting an average 2,000 sq foot home in LA for movie shoots? $1,000 a day? I'm only looking to rent perhaps 3 times a year so I don't need to offer a low ball price.

Most of the time the exterior is what rents. The price will go up based on
factors like parking, the front/back yard and the neighbors. $1,000/day
is not unheard of.
