List of contacts for TWC On Demand & Other Suppliers?

I have a cable series (2 seasons) that airs on a cable channel in Canada & Europe. I just recently saw where it was listed on Time Warner Cable (Spectrum) Website but at this point you are not able to click and watch. All Episodes with artwork etc is there. Does anyone know where I can get contact info for them and other on demand services? I am already on GooglePlay, Itunes and Amazon. If anyone knows of a list please advise or who would be a good contact at this point.
