URBAN-15 presents it's 7th annual youth film festival, the Josiah Media Festival!
We are currently accepting entries from filmmakers 21 and under with short films no longer than 20 minutes total-run-time. It is completely FREE to enter a film and we will be awarding $2000 in prizes to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-place winners in each of our four categories. We accept films in the narrative, documentary, animation and experimental categories (which covers pretty much everything we receive). There are no topics/themes required; it is completely up to the imagination of the filmmaker.

The festival will be presented on July 11th, 12th, & 13th at the URBAN-15 Studio at 2500 S. Presa, San Antonio, TX 78210. The three-day festival will feature different films each night with the awards ceremony occurring on the last night of the festival.
