There Shall Be Popcorn! - Independent Film Festival is having its first call for entries.
There Shall be Popcorn! is a new film festival in Dayton, Ohio with a bit of a twist. Rather than a closed screening process, we have an open screening process where the audience votes on what films actually end up as finalists in the April 2014 festival.
Our open screenings start in August and continue periodically through the year as we get in submissions, because of that our deadlines are a bit different. We have a final deadline of 2/5/2014, but if you want to make the first screening this August, then you need to send it in by 8/7/2013. Depending on how many submissions we get in, we might schedule more screenings to get through them all. You can find out more on our submissions page and if you have questions, feel free to ask us.
