Submitting a short film to a festival - which one?

Hi all. Sorry if this has been covered before; if anyone has a link to a thread where I can find my answer, I don't mind reading it! :)

I am finishing up a short film. Here are the details:

Running time: 3:30
Live action; three actors
No dial
v.o. throughout (Eng)
Music throughout
Fantasy genre

I would like to see if this film might be eligible for some festivals, but there are so many, how does someone making their first film know which festivals to submit to? I did some searching with google, and came up with this:

But that seems to be a list of other services that help you (want money from you perhaps?) submit.

I looked at the wiki page, and there are a TON of festivals. My head is spinning! lol

Any thoughts on how to go about making a decision here? Thank you in advance.

Start with local festivals - ones close to you. I'm sure you have attended
a few film festivals so I would suggest starting by submitting to the ones
you have gone to.

Next branch out to festivals in your region - say 500 miles from you. Ones
you might reasonably be able to attend.

At the same time look for genre specific festivals. There are quite a few
fantasy festivals around the world.
