Any smaller(easier to get accepted) festivals?

Preferably Uk based but I'd be interested in other ones too!

I know the big ones like Raindance, Encounters, etc...I'd be interested in hearing more about other smaller ones, e.g. Portobello Film Festival.

With the caveat that they suck (but are the only game in town), use withoutabox. They actually have an advanced search that will allow you to filter by acceptance rate among many other things.

Actually, FilmFreeway is waaaaay better than Withoutabox.
