First, full disclosure - I am one of the winning screenwriters with a script on the site - I am not affiliated with running the contest itself.
You can read the full details about the competition on the site - but basically it was/is a two-part contest. First part was the screenwriting aspect (which is now closed). Close to 2000 scripts were submitted and the top 50 were chosen. The second part of the contest is now open - filmmakers can choose any of the 50 shorts to shoot. As you can see on the site, some scripts have as many as 13 filmmakers attached, while some others are still open.
I urge you to check out all the scripts.
