Is Goldwave Legit?

Looking around for MP3 to Wave converters, each of the cheaper or "free" ones I tried to download sent my antivirus into paroxysms. But what about Goldwave? Is it the one legit one out there? Worth the $60? Is it good?

Thanks for any tips!
 
Oh just because I want to put mp3s I bought on a CD. Haven't joined the mp3 world yet. And, for instance, my vehicle has a CD player, but not an mp3 player. :)
 
Ok, gotcha. You've got editing software? Instead of spending the money, I'd import them in and export as .wav. Save yourself the money.

I'm sure there are heaps of free options, but I don't use them myself so I wouldn't be able to help you much there. Perhaps Audacity would be a good alternative for you to use?
