Premiere Pro playing video slower than exported product.

Basically when I am editing in Premiere Pro, and then export the movie, the movie seems to play back faster afterwards, compared to editing in the program. Would any of the export settings cause this. I am exporting on 23.976 fps with the level set to 5.1, if that makes a difference. But if that's not it, does anyone know what it could be?

Double check to see if there's a codec being applied that could set things at a different frame rate. Also, what file format are you creating -- .mov, .MP4, etc. ... ?
