The Indie Gathering International Film Festival

The Indie Gathering International Film Festival is now accepting submissions for the 2013 season. Get your films and scripts in now for the early bird discount! At the 2012 festival, we played over 100 films from around the world!

The 2013 festival will be held on August 16th, 17th and 18th, and no matter who you are, we have a place for you!


We accept Micro Films, Short Films and Feature Films in the following categories:

Animation / Horror / Horror-Comedy / Sci-Fi / Suspense - Thriller / Drama / Experimental / Comedy-Romantic / Martial Arts / Action / Comedy / Family / Experimental-Animation / Drama-Comedy / Drama-Crime / Trailer / TV Pilot / Web episode / Documentary / Music Video / Non English Subtitled / Hispanic-Latino

We offer awards for best overall short and best overall feature (in addition to awards in each category). We also have the viewers choice award for the film with the best audience response. For feature films, awards are also given for Best Director, Best Cinematography, Best Lead Actor, Best Lead Actress, Best Supporting Actor and Best Supporting Actress. As of this year, we are now also partnered with a distribution company, who will offer distribution deals to the top 5 feature films!


We accept Short and Feature Scripts in the following categories:

Horror / Horror-Comedy / Sci-Fi / Suspense - Thriller / Drama / Experimental / Comedy-Romantic / Martial Arts / Action / Comedy / Family / Drama-Comedy / Drama-Crime / TV Pilot / Web episode

We offer awards for best overall short and best overall feature (in addition to awards in each category). First place winners in each of the feature categories will also be placed on InkTip.

I had a film in the 2012 Gathering (2nd place in my category if I recall), wasn't able to attend, but the communication from these guys was good and they seem to have their sh*t together.
