Advice for YouTube Filmmaker

Get to the point quick. There's something called the Wadsworth Constant where most viewers use the slider to skip to about 30% of a video because that's where the content starts. Intros are often too long. Attention spans are short these days. Get to the point fast, good edits and slick graphics help, don't have lulls, they should almost be cut like an action scene and should NOT drag on. No one watches 18 minute tutorials.
