Hey guys, just wanted to give you a heads up. www.fiveminutefilms.com is completley overhauling its website to a brand new look and feel. We are adding some new features to give the user the best experience possible. We are upgrading our website with the addition of a upgraded video player that will support over 30 formats, we are updating the profile page which a user will be able to customize and keep better track of there videos, groups, channels, friends etc. We are adding a lot of great tools.
When the website is complete, Five Minute Films will be having a contest with a $25,000 grand prize for "Best New Video". This will be a great way to help fund your new projects. We are looking for indie filmmakers to upload their short films onto the site and have users vote on the best one. This will be a great way to gain exposure and it will be fun. We do not have an official date set but, we are thinking around January, 2013. Keep checking in for updates. Thanks
