Screened at Cucalorus back in November and it was a really wonderful experience. They help filmmakers with travel and lodging. They ran most features and shorts blocks twice during the five day festival, so it was much easier for me to see most of the films I was interested in. The staff and volunteers were great. The ones who were working my screenings in particular were really helpful. Definitely recommend going to this festival in Wilmington, NC. The parties were a lot of fun too. Late night in a backyard gathered around a fire and talking film was one of the best parts.
