Anyone here familiar with the IRS Section 181 deduction, specifically with its application by investors? I've read the text of the tax code itself, but would be interested to hear any real world experiences, such as things to watch out for, etc.

A link to a previous thread would be great, too, if this topic has already been discussed. I did a search on the forum but didn't receive any hits.

Pretty familiar with it... Things to watch out for are it being used as an EXIT STRATEGY... Done all the time.

Otherwise, pretty good program.
