How to get Barcodes on Old Music CDs

I have some old records with me, my uncle had all these collections. Now I want to sell these records but I don't have any barcodes associated with them. How can I sell them on Amazon without barcodes?

This can be film related . . .

The Amazon bar code thing is like riding a wild bronco sometimes. It depends on the product. It can be very expensive to set up an special seller account to create bar codes OR it can be as easy as pie if one already exists for the product. And everywhere in between.

That said, old records? Why is Amazon asking for a bar code? If you find the item listed on Amazon already, you need not even know the bar code info to sell it.

What's this thread got to do with the price of tea in China?

Selling a new created-by-you DVD on Amazon will require a bar code to list it as a product. Its a $700 set up fee to get your production company in the bar code registry and you'll be given a bunch of bar codes. You can't just make a fake on up and stick it on -- numbers must match registry. There are ways around this, sometimes . . . maybe.
