Pixapro 2100W lighting

Hello guys,

I am buying lighting and thinking how not to screw up like the last time when I bought 3x800W halogen lighting kit for 250 dollars which don't work (bulbs keep exploding all the time).

So I am thinking about this one:

2 x 420 W of soft flourescent light with CRI 90 and color temperature 5500K for around 390 US dollars.

I think it will be OK if I need either soft or hard light.

What is your opinion of this light? I am wondering if this 2x420W lights will be enough light for shooting:
1. movie scenes with 2-3-4 characters sitting over the table in 1 room
2. music videos with few people on the small area (3x3m).
3. lighting for green screening one person (only for green screening lighting, not for person lighting)
