Does it matter to have a story idea?

I don't mean those who have great amount of details about a film...

Please say your feedback...

I wanted to make this into film, but I am software developer and don't have enough free time. How good this looks? How do you rate me based on it?

I never studied any book, saw very few films in recent years, and think should think to have idea. I am not English native, so, I know, it is not great English. If it is your idea, and think it is too bad, tell, it is okay.. Even if you think it is bad English, or bad story, or repetitive, or not valuable, ordinary, many can do it, many thought it and etc.

Thanks!

Your English language skills are typical of a non-native writer. Nothing
at all to be ashamed of.

What you have here is more of a history lesson than a story. Find your
main character and tell the story through that person. This would make
a fine story.

Yes, I didn't write it, it is the brief. I didn't have time to write it... In fact, it is beginning...

Thanks!
