Adobe Speedgrade output formats

Hello guys, just wanted to ask, in what formats do you output while rendering in Adobe Speedgrade? Is really the DPX and Cineon formats really only options for best quality? just thinking if there are any other options because these formats are pretty storage consuming but they sustain image quality and color space as in the speedgrade project
