Okay, on the one hand...
... at anything near this level of production nothing legally meaningful is going to happen. Fanfic is great.
... however, if you start to actually get good at it the attorneys for Chainsaw franchise owners, Lionsgate, are going to likely get a cease and desist court order against you publicly showing your fanfic film.

Lionsgate doesn't want you or anyone ripping off their intellectual property or damaging the franchise's reputation.

Didn't like the trailer, and I don't like the idea. There are enough TCM films, and we don't need anymore. If you want to make a TCM film that will be shown to a large audience and/or earn money, you have to track down and contact the franchise owners.
