Its a short film (german perhaps?)
Two guys in hazmat suits searching a post apocalypse town for bottles of water. The air is poisoned and the bottles of water connects to their suits to give them clean air to breathe.
One of the suited me sacrifices himself to save the other (gives him his water bottle)
Its called something like Tak 24 or tek 21 something like that PLEASE HELP! Its from about 10ish years ago
