Looking for stories

Hi, I have a major problem, because I'd like to make a short film as a practice, but I have no story. Do you know any sites where people can share such?
I've seen sites like this with ready scripts, but I prefer to make my own script out of a story.

Indietalk is definitely a great place to look for screenplays to film. But for sheer volume, I recommend you find a webpage specifically exists for the purpose of listing free screenplays. I'm not gonna do the googling for you, but I assure you it won't take you too long. There was once a time when I didn't believe I could write anything, so I searched for screenplays that were free for me to use, and dude, there are TONS of them. When you find the right website, you won't know where to start, there are so damn many of them available.
