Writting a Script for a old Video Game?

I'm wanting to write a script based on an old video game. Does anyone know if there is anything particular I'm suppose to do first or can I just write the script and submit it?

I love the Frogger reenactment in Seinfeld .. George moving the Frogger machine across the street with the Frogger sound effects ... classic! :lol:
